Q. Hi, I'm having an issue connecting to the Student wifi signal, and I'm hoping you can help.

My phone and computer both say they are connected, but nothing happens.


Hi! We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble. The IT Dept. controls the WiFi in the library, so I can't say for sure what is wrong, or how to fix it. However, it sounds as though you may be "connected" to the network, but you may still need to login to that WiFi signal to complete the connection.

What may help is to open your connections and choose to "forget" the "Students" WiFi signal, and then re-add it to your devices.  I have found that doing this will often trigger the wifi login webpage to appear. This is the page that completes the connection.
