Among the library's databases, under "Databases A-Z" is CINAHL. A search of "Transtheoretical" and selecting the title field produces over 300 results. You can add another topic to it as well.
While the library does not have a book on "Transtheoretical model"in the title, it does have several on "health behavior" in the title.
