Q. I'm looking for resources for Medieval Art and Medical Ethics.

There are several books in our collection that relate to these topics.  Click on the links below to view the catalog records for these books:

  • Another thing you may wish to try: search Our Catalog using this string "Civilization, Medieval.", and select "Subject Heading" to focus the search. These results will give you an idea of related holdings.
  • It's also important to know that you can search the collections of many other local academic libraries and request books via our E-ZBorrow service (this is a free service, and books are delivered to the library for you generally within a week or less).

You can access both Our Catalog (cataLyst) and E-ZBorrow from the library's homepage at:

With regard to Medical Ethics, you may wish to search the Hastings Center Report. Older issues from 1983-2006 are found in our bound periodicals on the second floor, shelved alphabetically by title. Newer issues can be accessed from ProQuest or EBSCO/CINAHL Complete. The best way to access these is via Our Journal List/e-Book List, and then searching for "Hastings Center Report". You can then access the holdings in the two databases from the links under the title.
