Q. I can't save a .pdf from Science Direct

When I click the "save" icon, nothing happens.


There is a workaround for this problem which we recommend using until the cause of the problem is found.

To workaround the problem, right-click the PDF logo in the results list or item record and choose “Save link as…” (Chrome, Firefox) or “Save Target As…” (Internet Explorer).

You should now be able to choose a place to save the .pdf file.
