Q. I am having trouble ordering an article via ILLiad. Basically, I do not see an Illiad link when I click the "get full text from USP" icon.
I think you're not seeing the ILLiad link because we have access to this article through ScienceDirect. I'm not entirely sure why the linking you used did not work, but I suspect it is related to an issue we're working with our vendors to fix.
If you ever want to double check on an article's availability, try searching for the journal title in our journal list to verify our holdings: http://www11.tdnet.com/frames.asp. ...or just ask us.
