Q. I am trying to log into My NCBI for PubMed via my Gmail account while I am off campus, but I get an error page (says 404 error).
This error is somewhere between Google and NCBI. I suggest trying a different browser. If you are using Internet Explorer or Safari, try using Firefox. If the error persists, I recommend that you e-mail My NCBI's help. The link is near the bottom of the My NCBI log in page.
- Thank you for the reply. I did try a different browser (both Firefox and Google Chrome) and both gave the same error page. I have sent a message to the NCBI help desk.
