Q. I'm trying to get this article: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.db.usciences.edu/pubmed/10496260

I sent a request thru ILLiad and they said it is available online...But it says you need a subscription to the Neurology website?

Answer

The journal Neurology is accessible online, but you'll need to access it through the library website in order to view the article's full text.  If you go directly to the Neurology website, it will ask you to pay because it does not realize your affiliation with USciences.

To access the article via the Library, go to our homepage and click on "Our Journal List/e-Book List" under Quick Links.  Once there, search for Neurology on the journals tab.  To make the search easier, you can click on the drop-down menu that says "Partial Words" and change it to "Begins With" instead.  When you search, Neurology should be at the top of the results list.  Click on the link for Ovid, which will give you access to Neurology. From this page, you can select the correct issue from 1999 and locate your article.  You will have access to the full text and can print it, email it, and other options.  Please let us know if you have any further questions.
