Q. I scanned some documents on one of the copiers, but I didn't receive the files.
I just received your voicemail from the evening of December 20th. I'm sorry I was unable to reply before now, but the library was closed for winter break starting just before your left your message.
Did you check your Junk/Spam folders on all the devices you use to read your mail? If so, and you still havem't found them, then I can think of a few explanations:
- If the file(s) were especially large (over several tens of MB's) then there may have been problems delivering the emails due to network load or due to restrictions on attachment size.
- Since the copiers require manual entry of email destination, there is always the possibility of typographical error.
