Hi. I'm off-campus and having trouble logging into the e-resources.

I am a rotation student trying to use the various library resources at my rotation site today. I haven't had problems in the past, but every time I try to log into Lexi-Comp it tells me either my username or password is incorrect. I also tried to log in to other resource, like MicroMedex, PubMed, and Harrison's to make sure it wasn't just Lexi-Comp. I know it's not my account or password that is the problem, because I WAS ABLE to log in to Angel. Please help me understand what is going on and fix the problem!!!

Hello.

We have learned that there was a network issue on campus which was affecting ability to login to resources. At this point the network issue has been resolved and we don't think you should keep having problems. If you do, We recommend that you close and re-open your browser(s) and after this, clear the browser(s)’ cache, cookies, and history before attempting your next login.

If you continue to have trouble after that, please let us know. Thanks for your patience.
