I scanned some documents on one of the copiers, but I didn't receive the files.

Hi Paras-

I just received your voicemail from the evening of December 20th. I'm sorry I was unable to reply before now, but the library was closed for winter break starting just before your left your message.

Did you check your Junk/Spam folders on all the devices you use to read your mail? If so, and you still havem't found them, then I can think of a few explanations:

  1. If the file(s) were especially large (over several tens of MB's) then there may have been problems delivering the emails due to network load or due to restrictions on attachment size.
  2. Since the copiers require manual entry of email destination, there is always the possibility of typographical error.

If you have any questions, please ask. The library is open today and tomorrow until 5pm; you can view our full hours on the library homepage.
