The library has access to Technical Communication Quarterly, but the digital holdings don't include 2010, which is the year I need. Have I missed something?
ProQuest shows digital holdings for Technical Communication Quarterly but skips the year 2010, which contains the article I'm looking for. I put in a request to ILLIAD, but it was cancelled because the journal is digitally available. Since the year is not listed online off ProQuest, how should I access this article? Answer

Morgan,

I went into ProQuest and I see what you mean about 2010 not being covered.  Double check the citation as to volume and issue as well as article title and author to make sure it is not actually in ProQuest, and if that is still the case, submit the request back to ILL with a note that this article is NOT available electronically, and I will copy this email to ILL as well.
