Answer

Hello-

Unfortunately we don't have holdings for the Journal of Medical Economics in the year in which this paper appears (2012). However, you can request this paper via our interlibrary loan service called ILLiad. You can read more about, and login to ILLiad from here: http://www.usciences.edu/library/services/default.asp

The first time you login you'll need to complete a brief profile to establish your account. Once this is done, go to "article" under "New Request" and fill out the required fields which describe the paper, then click "submit request". Turnaround times for ILLiad are here: http://ask.library.usciences.edu/a.php?qid=163397

Let us know if you have any questions.
