How do I locate an article from www.sciencedirect.com from 2003. My citation is not correct.

Answer

Science Direct is the search interface for Elsevier journals and books.  When you go to www.sciencedirect.com below the GREEN bar that has "Home" "Publications", "My settings" "My alerts", "shopping cart" there is a gray bar that allows you to do a citation search.  I'd start with the journal article title.

Alternately, you could send it to me and I'll see what i can find.
