How do you site an article you found in ProQuest using APA format ?

Hi--

For APA, it does not matter what database you found the article in, what is important is what journal the article was published in.  If there is a DOI: in the ProQuest citation, follow the APA examples that have a DOI at the end of the references.  If there is no DOI:, follow the APA examples that have the URL for the homepage of the journal (not the URL of the article).
