Answer

I would follow the example for "Encyclopedia Articles," which you can find by following the links from the Library's homepage through "How to Write a Reference" and the "electronic and paper sources" examples under the listing for APA.  The example shows authors for both the article and the larger source, but of course authors can be left out of the reference if there are none.  This results in a somewhat different reference than what you've proposed.
