What are the turnaround times for Interlibrary Loan (articles and books) requested via ILLiad and E-ZBorrow?

Answer

For ILLiad, requested articles may be delivered electronically in as little as 6 hours; however, the process often takes longer. We advise budgeting up to 6 full days from the date the request was placed.

For E-ZBorrow, patrons generally receive notice that their book is ready to be picked up from the library 3-5 business days from the time the request was placed.
