Answer

Hi Nessreen,

When Primo tells you that an article or a journal is "available at JW England Library Journals", it means we own this item in our print collection on the 2nd floor of the library. So it would be up to you to come get the article (unless you are currently on rotation/fieldwork, in which case we would scan it and send it to you).

But it turns out we do not own that particular volume & issue of the American Journal of Cardiology - that's an error on our end. So to get a copy of this article you can place a request in ILLiad at https://illiad.usciences.edu/illiad/logon.html, and we'll send you the article electronically.
