You can refer to the Annotated Bibliography Example on this page (https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/614/02/) to get an idea of how to annotate each source in your annotated bibliography.  It is very important to determine what style you are required to use for the assignment.  If you are unsure of which one to use, check with your professor.
