Accessing Library Resources

When I try to go onto USciences' resources such as PubMed, an error message
pops up. I know that a couple other of my classmates have also experienced
this issue. If this can be looked into, that would be great. Thanks!

Hi Rachel-

I am responding on behalf of the library regarding your message, which was forwarded to me earlier today by the IT Department.

I am sorry to hear that you've been encountering error messages when accessing electronic resources, such as PubMed.  So far, I haven't been able to reproduce the issue, so I was wondering if you could provide some more details about your experience.  For example, do you recall the text of the error message?  Were you still able to access PubMed, or were you prevented from getting in to the site?  Did this issue appear only when you were off-campus, or also when you were on-campus?   Has it happened on more than one browser/computer?   

Please let us know if you can provide more information.  Also, if you encounter the error again, consider capturing a screenshot and sending it to us, if you are able to do so.
