Kay, I am attaching the instructions for getting citations from Pubmed to RefWorks.  It involves and extra step after marking them in saving them in MEDLINE format to a file and Importing the file from the Reference menu in RefWorks.  There are some filters that need to be set during the import.  It's in the instructions.

From Ovid after you have marked them, at the top of your results list there is "Print," "Email," "Export."  Click Export.  In the drop down box after EXPORT TO: highlight RefWorks and click the  "Export Citations" button.  Refworks login should open up. Click "View Last Imported File" and put them in your folder.
