CMR International pharmaceutical R&D factbook

I have been searching the online journals and I cannot find the CMR international pharmaceutical R&D factbook. I am looking for any of the previous versions. I need to find attrition of compounds in Phase I-III clinical trials and associated costs

The library does not own the book you cite below.  However, we do have Parexel's Bio/pharmaceutical R&D Statistical Sourcebook.  I scanned the chapter on Success Rates (and by implication failure rates). It is a pdf and you will need to rotate the pages.  I am also sending an article separately about Big Pharma redirecting resources from early R&D from the Pink Sheet.  You might want to search the Pink Sheet (under Quick Links on the library web page, select Databases A-Z and then select "Pink Sheet" from the list.  I searched "attrition AND phase i."
