APA citations

I have 5 different pieces for in works citation. two are by one author and three are by another. one of the references is an e-mail that was retrieved as a PDF from American Occupational Therapy Association's website. so the e-mail is not a personal communication between myself and the author. is this the appropriate way to cite it for APA. (Mcphee, 2003; McPhee, 2008; Bracciano, 2008; Bracciano, 2009; Bracciano electronic communication, 2009).

I think you're on the right track  My only comments are:

1.  Be sure to be consistent in the capitalization of McPhee

2.  I think the electronic communication from Bracciano should be set up as if it were a webpage since the communication wasn't to you personally and is freely available at the AOTA site.  If you agree, then be sure to make the necessary adjustment to the in-text citation since you will have two citations with the same author and date.  One will be 2009a and the other 2009b.
