Answer

The Stat!Ref collection of e-textbooks includes Stedman's Medical Dictionary as a "tool."

From the Library's homepage, under Quick Links, select Databases A-Z.  Scroll to "Stat!Ref" and click it.  Off campus you will be asked to use your USciences login to access this resource, and you may be asked to accept Stat!Ref's terms of use (a click through).  Once in Stat!Ref, look for the "Tools & Features" menu on the lefthand side; Stedman's is an option in this menu.
