Hello. I am trying to find a secondary article relating to the effect of noise on frogs but can only seem to find primary articles.

Try Proquest from the Library's home page.  You already have your search terms.  You can sort the results in ProQuest Research Library by "magazines," which when they are writing about science are not reporting research but are rather discussing the results of scientific research originally published elsewhere.
